I had a cozy and calm stay in the hotel, perfect for a good night's sleep. The room was nice overall, but it could use some improvements like providing Green Tea bags and better-quality toiletries. The location was convenient, close to the airport and directly below Chakala Metro station. The dining experience had just the right number of choices but lacked gluten-free options. The service was excellent and friendly, except for some inconsistencies in pricing. Overall, a decent stay with room for some enhancements.
